Petrina is Special Counsel at MinterEllison. Petrina specialises in construction and infrastructure disputes and has extensive experience ranging from security of payment adjudications and sub-contractor’s charges through to large complex claims.
Although now specialising in Construction Law, since being admitted to practice in 2002 Petrina has gained a diverse range of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation including contractual, partnership and lease disputes, as well as trade practices actions in both the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland.
Petrina is currently undertaking her Masters in Construction Law at the University of Melbourne and tutors in Construction Law at the University of Queensland. Petrina is also a member of the QLS Ethics Committee and in amongst all of that, finds time to do stand-up comedy and comedy writing.
