Kate has worked almost exclusively in personal injuries litigation since she was admitted to practice in 1999. She became an accredited specialist in personal injuries in 2005 and is a current member of Queensland Law Society’s Personal Injuries Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee. Kate has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the past but has been concentrating on plaintiff work since beginning her role as Legal Practitioner Director of Kare Lawyers in 2016.
