Principal, Denning Insurance Law
Kate is the Principal of Denning Insurance Law. She is an Accredited Specialist (Personal Injuries) and Doyle’s Guide Recommended Public Liability Lawyer. Kate acts for businesses and individuals in personal injury and insurance law disputes. Kate was previously Special Counsel at McCullough Robertson Lawyers and has also worked as in-house counsel for Australia’s largest compulsory third party insurer, the Transport Accident Commission. Her past clients have included workers’ compensation insurers, general insurers, CTP insurers and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to her practice, Kate is an Adjunct Lecturer with the College of Law, teaching the College’s Practical Legal Training program.
