Dan Rogers

Dan practises in criminal law, corporate crime and professional discipline. He has a long association with Caxton Community Legal Centre, where he is currently the President. He regularly presents at criminal law seminars and as a guest lecturer at universities. He has been published in various law journals and in legal texts. In 2016 and 2018, Dan was the chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Human Rights Working Group. He was heavily involved in the campaign for a Human Rights Act in Queensland. He is a member of the Society’s Ethics Committee and also a current member of the Queensland Sentencing Advisory Council.
